The National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN) was established by the National Postgraduate Medical College Decree No. 67 of 24th September,1979, now Cap N59 Laws of the Federation 2004, as is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal. It was set up as the the tertiary institution at the apex of Medical Education in Nigeria and its main function is to produce specialists in all branches of Medicine and Dentistry.The Person

Ideal Candidate must have proven academic distinction, good knowledge of ICT in contemporary world as well as the expectation in a 21st Century College.
The right candidate must have ability to manage the ICT Unit with utmost professionalism, vision and integrity.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates should have B.Sc in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or Information Technology (or related discipline) from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or evidence of exemption.
Candidate must demonstrate competency in object oriented programming like ASRNET, PHP, Java, Microsoft SQL, Oracle and other Database Management Programmes.
Certification in Microsoft or Oracle Applications will be an added advantage.
Ability to plan solutions, work as a Team Leader and co-ordinate complex activities in a multi-complex settings is required.
